Unit 105, SANDY POINTE II, a Condominium together with an undivided interest in the common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1479, Pages 1105 through 1151, inclusive, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 28, Pages 169 through 184, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property.
