NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 004418, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and KIM M. BUCKLEY A/K/A /K/A KIM BRIDGES-BUCKLEY; B/W GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION; KEVIN L. BUCKLEY A/K/A A/K/A KEVIN BUCKLY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8 day of May, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. on Manatee County's Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE Z AKA GREENBROOK RIVERS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 60 THROUGH 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
