NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-005725-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and JACK NATHAN; MORGAN B NATHAN A/K/A MORGAN NATHAN; AUTUMN OAKS UNIT 1; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATIN SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; TAMPA BAY GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB, HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of May, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 255, TAMPA BAY GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB, PHASE VC, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
