and commonly known as: 1005 ORCA COURT, HOLIDAY, FL 34691; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on May 7, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
