NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit 5, Building G, Phase 5, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of GULFVIEW VILLAS, a Condominium, dated 12-22-81 and recorded in O.R. Book 1177, Pages 1620 through 1688 and recorded on 3/25/82 in O.R. Book 1180, Page 362 and amended in O.R. Book 1457, Page 1835, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto as described in aforesaid Declaration of Condominium, subject however to each and every provision of the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium. With the following street address: 6441-5 Drexel Drive, Port Richey, Florida, 34668.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on April 27, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
