NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated March 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-1731-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, Plaintiff and RICK MCCLURE, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM , April 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
