NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2011, setting the sale date for December 2, 2011, and the Order on Plaintiff's Emergency Ex-Parte Motion to Cancel Sale dated February 27, 2012, entered in the Captioned Matter of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association, is the Plaintiff and SUPERIOR PROPERTIES OF PASCO, INC., a Florida corporation; AZARIA MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC formerly known as OPTIMA TECHNOLOGIES, L.L.C.; STEVEN R. JENSEN; ROSS JENSEN; U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION; and SOUTHTRUST BANK, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclosure.com, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on the 29th day of May 2012 at 11:00 am, or as soon as the sale may be had, the following described property:

The Westerly line of said Tract 56 also being the Westerly line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 28; together with a 50.00 foot Easement along the South boundary of the above-described parcel extending East of Madison Street; being the same premises described as:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THIS SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHALL BE ALLOWED TO BID BY VOUCHER. FURTHER, IF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER AT PLAINTIFF'S FORECLOSURE SALE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHALL BE ALLOWED THIRTY (30) DAYS IN WHICH TO DELIVER A UNITED STATES TREASURY CHECK IN PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT DETERMINED BY THE COURT TO BE DUE AND OWING TO PLAINTIFF PLUS ALL OTHER APPLICABLE SURCHARGES AS DETERMINED BY THE MIAMI-DADE FORECLOSURE CLERK.
PURSUANT TO TITLE 28, UNITED STATES CODE, STATUTE 2410(c), UNITED STATES SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SHALL HAVE ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE SALE TO EXERCISE ITS RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHALL NOT BE BOUND BY THE SIXTY DAY (60) TIME PERIOD IMPOSED BY THIS STATUTE UPON MOTIONS FOR DISTRIBUTION OF SURPLUS PROCEEDS.
