NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Jusdment of Foreclosure dated this 13th day of March 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-008462-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2004-6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-6, Plaintiff and KEIKI VENTURES, LLC., SHANA R.
