and commonly known as: 15705 Carlton Lake Road, Wimauma, Florida 33598, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on May 21st, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
