NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011914 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTFICIATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17, Plaintiff, and, SUAREZ, JOSE, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of April, 2012, the following described property:
