Edgecomb Building, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 12, Block F, Boyette Creek Phase 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 31, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 20th, 2012, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
