NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Scheduled dated May 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000390-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DOLORES DUCA A/K/A DOLORES DUCALL, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 147, OF COLONY LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, AT PAGES 24 THROUGH 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
