YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 42, MIRABAY PARCEL 7 PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 95, Pages 84-1 through 84-8, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
