Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 23rd day of FEBRUARY, 2011, in the cause wherein L.W.T., INC., was plaintiff and DANEL BOWLES a/k/a Daniel Bowles a/k/a Daniel WALTER Bowles and Mary Ann Bowles, was defendant, being case number 09SC2155WS in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, DANEL BOWLES a/k/a Daniel Bowles a/k/a Daniel WALTER Bowles and Mary Ann Bowles in and to the following described property, to wit:

I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 15th day of May, 2012, at Pasco Sheriff's Office Fleet Maintenance Facility at 19415 Central Blvd, , in the City of LAND O'LAKES, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, DANEL BOWLES a/k/a Daniel Bowles a/k/a Daniel WALTER Bowles and Mary Ann Bowles, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
