NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated March 21, 2012, entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-004802 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Gilberto Rojas; Katia M. Rojas are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on at 2 P.M., on April 26, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 13, LESS THE EAST 3 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE WEST 2 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 4, GROVEWOOD COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
