NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-011468, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR3 is Plaintiff, and CHITTHAVONG THO NOYTHANONGSAY, KELLY MCCABE, AND TOWNHOMES AT KENSINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 24 day of April, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 9 OF THE TOWNHOMES AT KENSINGTON PHASE E ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 607 Kensington Lake Circle, Brandon, FL 33511.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
