LOT 10, BLOCK 26, SOUTHGATE OF TAMPA'S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PART THEREOF; BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 10, AND RUNNING THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY THEREOF, 143.24 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 10 THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 10, 3.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 143.67 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before May 14, 2012, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
