Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Hillsborough and State of Florida, being known and designated as follows:
The North 20 feet of the South 145 feet of Lot 5 and the West 110 feet of the South 125 feet of Lot 5 and that part of Lot 7 of Palm River Subdivision as per Plat Book 5, Page 70, further described as: Tract beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 145 of Palm River Village, Unit 2, run North 105 feet East 30 feet South to North Right of Way line of Charles Street and West to the Point Beginning and North 15 feet of Lots 307, 308 & 309 Palm River Village Unit 2A as per Plat Book 46, Page 18, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered 3/23/12 in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
