NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, through the Clerk of Court's publication of this Notice in the Gulf Coast Business Review, pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of June, 2010 and entered in Case No. 08-37145-CC of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida and an Order On Plaintiff's Motion To Reset Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of March 2012 wherein TERRACE OAKS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and DWAYNE R. STARKS is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 2:00 PM, on the 4th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1, BLOCK “H”, TERRACE OAKS TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOORUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
