LOT 6, BLOCK 23 APOLLO BEACH UNIT TWO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35 PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 6204 FLAMINGO DR, APOLLO BEACH, FL 33572; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on April 30, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
