NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in March 26, 2012 Case No. 09-CA-011276 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-26, Plaintiff, and, DAVID GREEN, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash at, Florida, at the hour of 2pm on the 30 day of April, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 9, OF RIVERVIEW DRIVE ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, AT PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
