NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2012, and entered in 08-CA-002148 DIV H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein GQ HOLDINGS 1329 LLC, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN P. SCOTT; L FOLEY AS TRUSTEE OF THE PALM SPRINGS BLVD LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 18, 2008; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE PALM SPRINGS BLVD LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 18, 2008; OXFORD PLACE AT TAMPA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 AM on May 3rd, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 10303 OF OXFORD PLACE AT TAMPA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, (“CONDOMINIUM”), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (“DECLARATION”), RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16175, PAGE 0218, ET SEQ., IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
