YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 434, “PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB UNIT 6”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 18, 18A THROUGH 18G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERRIN E.
