LYON, who is now known to be deceased.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 10, CASEY COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
