Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on February 22, 2012, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on April 2, 2012, in case number 2011-CA-000918-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein IberiaBank, a Louisiana State Chartered Bank, is the Plaintiff and S. Richard Miracle, Unknown Spouse of S. Richard Miracle, Unknown Tenant #2, Unknown Tenant #2 and Midnight Pass Properties, Inc. a Florida not-for-profit corporation, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 4th day of May, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit F-22, Bay Oaks, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1067, Pages 620 to 676, inclusive, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 8, Page 30, 30A and 30B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
