Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2011 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-020701 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, LORRAINE J. WEBER A/K/A LORRAINE WEBER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
