NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-027962 DIV. K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11, is Plaintiff, and DEMARIO JAMES WILLIAM, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, the George E. Edgecomb Building located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, 2, and 3, Block 61, TERRACE PARK SUBDIVISION Unit #2, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 4, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
