Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered 3/27/12 in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
The East 111 feet of the West 193 feet of the West 7/8 of the East 1/2 of the West 2/3 of the North 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 18 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the South 30 feet thereof for road right of way.
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive easement for the maintenance, repair and replacement of pipes or lines, as created by and set forth in Easement Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 9910, Page 1974, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

The West 81.00 feet of the East 1/2 of the West 2/3 of the North 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, and the East 128.0 feet of the West 1/3 of the North 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, all in Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 18 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the South 30.0 feet thereof for road right of way as conveyed to Hillsborough County, Florida, in Deed recorded in O.R. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on April 30, 2012, at 10:00 AM, on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
