NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 28, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2009-CA-002396, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff, and FRANK M. ZOLLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK M. ZOLLO IF ANY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 3 day of May, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 9 and 10, in Block 2, of Sander's and Clay's Addition SBD, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 32, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2406 15th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
