BEGIN 325 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER IN SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, RUN SOUTH 175 FEET, WEST 70 FEET, NORTH 175 FEET AND EAST 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
