NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-014114 DIV G of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and JOEL STRINGER; SHERRELL STRINGER; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2 pm on May 09, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the SE corner of said Section 23, thence proceed N. 87 deg. 40' 52” W. Along the South boundary of the SE 1/4 of Section 23, a distance of 602.87 feet to the point of beginning;thence continue S. 87 deg. 40' 52” W. a distance of 185.00 feet; thence N. 02 deg. 19' 08” W. a distance of 450.92 feet; thence N. 87 deg. 40' 52” E. a distance of 185.00 feet; thence S. 02 deg. 19' 08” E. a distance of 450.92 feet to the point of beginning; less road right of way.
