Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-020900 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANAHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and BENNER, ANDREW, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, FORECLOSURE SALE TO BE CONDUCTED VIA THE INTERNET: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSURE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 9TH day of MAY, 2012, the following described property:
unit 106, gulf gate gardens condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 1669 page 588 and as amended and as per plat thereof recorded in condominium plat book 22 page 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
