NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated MARCH 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-013552 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and AUDREY N. GRECO A/K/A AUDREY NORMA GRECO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDREY N. GRECO A/K/A AUDREY NORMA GRECO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclosue.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 4th day of JUNE, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1922, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 42,42A THROUGH 42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
