Notice is herebY given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count IX (Lot 5 Property) entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, as follows: In the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse in Collier County, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date. in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of May, 2012, that certain parcel of real property, situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:

Thence along the West line of said Block “D” North 0° 17' 14” West, 90.00 feet; thence North 44° 42' 46” East, 21.21 feet; thence North 89° 42' 46” East, 203.99 feet; thence South 0° 17' 14” East, 15.00 feet for the place of beginning of Villa Lot 5 of Block “D” herein described; thence South 0° 17' 14” East, 63.33 feet; thence South 89° 42' 46” West, 16.33 feet thence North 0° 17' 14” West, 23.75 feet; thence South 89° 42' 46” West, 22.00 feet; thence North 0° 17' 14” West, 39.58 feet; thence North 89° 42' 46” East, 38.33 feet to the place of beginning, being a part of Block “D” of LAKEWOOD UNIT NO. 6, Collier County, Florida.
