notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order dated April 4, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 10-07039-CA, in the Circuit Court for Collier , Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER SPENCE, et al., are the Defendants, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 6, BUILDING 3, BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4022, PAGE 2050, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4025, PAGE 1900, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 7 day of May, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
