Unit QQ-103, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKE FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1987, Pages 460 through 523, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
has been filed against you, COLBY W. PARKER, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows: Jennifer A. Nichols, Esquire, Roetzel & Andress, LPA, 850 Park Shore Drive, Third Floor, Naples FL 34103, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice; or otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Foreclosure.
