Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7 day of May, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 306, AUTUMN WOODS UNIT FOUR, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 75 through 83, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
