NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 9 day of April, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-03423, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which KENNETH MINIARD and BARBARA MINIARD, are the Defendants, and SPRINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex. Collier County Courthouse 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7 day of May, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT 301, PHASE I OF SPRINGWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1088, PAGES 1564 THROUGH 1652, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
