NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001165, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GILDARDO ZAPATA; BIBIANA ZAPATA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 9th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BLOCK 42, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 5, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
