Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2012, and entered in 11-3026-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and JOHN J. SPIZUCO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN J. SPIZUCO; NAPLES WINTERPARK V, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2613 DOWN, NAPLES WINTERMARK V, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO-RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IF ANY, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR NAPLES WINTERMARK V RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1306, PAGES 2219, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
