Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2012, and entered in 08-04039-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST2007-HY7C MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY7C, is the Plaintiff and NURIA ULLOA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NURIA ULLOA, IF MARRIED; JOHN DOE N/K/A ANDRES MARIN are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 109, GOLDEN GATEs ESTATES, UNIT NO. 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
