Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated April 4, 2012 in Case No.11-4251-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which Stonegate Bank is the Plaintiff and NATALIE L. SCHAUB and JOHN A. SCHAUB, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2012, the following-described property set forth in the order of final judgment.
NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 59, UNIT NO. 6, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 93 AND 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2004 AND SUBSEQUENT YEARS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, COVENANTS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
