NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment Scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on April 10, 2012 in this case now pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 5113 IN BUILDING 5, FLAMINGO FAIRWAYS ONE CONDOMINIUM, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED UNDER THE CONDOMINIUM ACT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ON MAY 11, 2001, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2823 AT PAGE 2334 AND ANY AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED ONE THIRTY SECOND (1/32) INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION.
