NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-07450, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006- BC-6 is the Plaintiff and CHARITY A. STRASSEL, STEPHEN P. STRASSEL, HERITAGE GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., HERITAGE GREENS SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN P. STRASSEL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARITY A. STRASSEL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, BLOCK B, HERITAGE GREENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 78 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
