notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order dated April 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 008329, in the Circuit Court for Collier , Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and CLAIMENE CHALME, et al., are the Defendants, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
LOT 36, BLOCK A, LAKEWOOD, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 9th day of May, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
