NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0910014CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and GREGORY M. MUSUMANO A/K/A GREGORY N. MUSUMANO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at The Atrium 1st floor courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 190, Block B, LAUREL LAKES PHASE ONE AT LAURELWOOD, a PUD according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 32 through 36, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
