NOTICE IS given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012 in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WATERWAYS JOINT VENTURE, IV, LLC; BRISTOL PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JUAN BUCETA; LUCIA BUCETA; ROLLIE E. CLEVELAND; JOAN G. CLEVELAND; ANTHONY PUCCIA; PAMELA PUCCIA; OLGA RINALDI; TERESA SANCHEZ; DON KOZIOL; FORT MYERS BROADCASTING COMPANY, d/b/a WINK-TV; KENNETH SHEPPARD AND CATHERINE SHEPPARD; GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, ELYSE M. OLDFIELD; RJT HOLDINGS GROUP, LLC; AUDREY J. ROOZEN; JOSE M. BEDOYA; ANGELA V. ARANGO; JAY LACHOFF; CARLOS CARDENAS; AND ALLANA JENKINS CARDENAS, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on May 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following described Property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 112, Bristol Pines, Phase 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 78, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The Property will be sold free and clear of all claims of the Defendants.Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
