NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004977 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and HEATHER LOCHEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HEATHER LOCHEN N/K/A BRIAN KUEBLER; ROYAL PARK VILLAS, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
FAMILY UNIT 3, ROYAL PARK VILLAS, INC. , UNIT A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 235, PAGES 939 THROUGH 957, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
