NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003687, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS M SHIELDS, HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA), KENSINGTON PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, LANCASTER SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 9 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1, BUILDING1, LANCASTER SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1958, PAGES 2303 THROUGH 2390, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
