Lots 4 and 5, Block 23, Tier 6, Plan of Naples, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 8, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on the 10 day of May, 2012, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale per section 45.031, florida statutes.
